Edward G. Browning and Timothy A. Browning opened the office of Edward G. Browning, Real Estate, in 1970, offering sales, appraising and management in the Upper Bucks County and Upper Montgomery County area. With the passing of Edward in November 2006, Timothy has continued to carry on the outstanding reputation of the office.
Tim earned his salesmans license in 1969 and continued his education, earning his Broker's license in 1972. Tim has earned the following designations:

Tim has served on the Bucks County Association of Realtors as a Director and then President of the Bucks County Association of Realtors in 1999 and was awarded the coveted Realtor of the Year award in 2001 by the Bucks County Association of Realtors. Tim is also a state licensed instructor for real estate continuing education.
